Job Description

Join our team as a Learning and Development Manager and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills of our workforce. You will assess training needs, create engaging educational programs, and measure the effectiveness of training interventions to ensure that our employees have the tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of training strategies.
  • Identify and implement best practices in learning and development.
  • Create and manage a training calendar for ongoing educational opportunities.
  • Conduct evaluation of training programs to measure success.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback on training initiatives.
  • Create a comprehensive learning and development framework for the organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align training with business objectives.
  • Ensure that training materials are up to date with industry trends.
  • Develop partnerships with educational institutions for learning resources.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all training initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Development is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years managing training programs in a corporate environment
