Job Description

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer feedback processes. Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving overall customer satisfaction.

  • Evaluate the performance of customer service staff and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure all customer communications maintain consistent branding and messaging.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring follow-up on resolutions.
  • Collaborate across departments to create a customer-first culture.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to encourage loyalty.
  • Implement technology solutions that enhance customer experience.
  • Represent the customer perspective in company meetings and strategic planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in customer experience management are a plus

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-focused role, ideally in management
