  • Assist in creating FAQs and support documentation.
  • Capture and report on customer issues and trends.
  • Contribute to team meetings with suggestions for process improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support
Technical Skills
  • Zendesk or Similar Tools
Soft Skills

Certifications
  • Advanced Customer Service Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
