In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing our internship programs, facilitating student placements, and supporting interns in their development. You will work closely with local businesses and educational institutions to create opportunities that enrich the learning experiences of our interns.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics of the internship program, ensuring all interns are placed effectively.
• Engage with local companies to establish new internship opportunities.
• Provide guidance and resources to interns to support their professional growth.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internship placements and suggest improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and mentorship programs to enhance intern learning.
• Gather feedback from interns and employers to continuously refine the program.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote internships to students and businesses.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure internships meet academic requirements.
• Assist in the development of a comprehensive internship manual.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, or a relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in internship coordination or youth development.
