E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced E-commerce Manager to spearhead our digital marketing strategies and drive online sales in Cape Town. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and optimize the e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about e-commerce and have a strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying growth opportunities in the online market.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Identify new selling opportunities and optimize the existing product range.
• Conduct A/B testing on website features and marketing campaigns to improve results.
• Create and maintain partnerships with payment and shipping service providers.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance the shopping experience.
• Oversee inventory management to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Develop promotional strategies and manage online sales events.
• Train and support staff in e-commerce best practices and technology usage.

• Experience in affiliate marketing: Understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and implementation.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools: Experience with platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo for effective email campaigns.
