We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our Durban sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Direct daily operations of the sales team to ensure efficiency.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Sales Management Extensive experience in leading sales teams to achieve set targets.

  • Market Analysis Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Leadership Proven ability to inspire and lead a team towards success.
  • Communication Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Problem-solving Skilled in identifying issues and developing practical solutions.
  • Sales Management Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • English (Fluent)
