Job Description

We are currently seeking a Legal Advisor to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel in areas such as corporate law, compliance, and litigation. This role includes drafting legal documents, advising clients, and representing the firm in legal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for legal inquiries.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Develop and implement company policies related to legal issues.
• Provide training and guidance on compliance and legal risks.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects requiring legal expertise.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification
• Master of Laws (LLM) is an advantage

• 5+ years of experience in a legal advisory role
