Job Description

As an Allied Health Therapist in our Durban facility, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver targeted therapies, contributing to our mission of enhancing patient wellness and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine therapy needs.
  • Set realistic therapy goals based on patient assessments.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Engage in continuous learning to refine therapeutic techniques.
  • Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
  • Participate in case discussions and therapy team meetings.
  • Advocate for patient needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing assessments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Allied Health or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in allied health therapy
