• Creating detailed job descriptions and maintaining accurate records.

• Gathering feedback from clients and candidates to improve services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Postgraduate studies in HR would be an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR.
