Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and simulations using engineering software.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source quality components.
• Perform failure analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
• Lead project risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct training sessions for junior engineers and technologists.
• Monitor and report on project progress and compliance.
• Evaluate the feasibility of design modifications and improvements.
• Engage in sustainability practices within engineering solutions.
• Provide expert mechanical guidance to other departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Certification in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in mechanical systems design and analysis

• Stress Analysis

• Organizational skills

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
