Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help inform strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop insightful dashboards and reports, driving performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends that can help improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with project managers to provide data support for various initiatives.
• Create and maintain dashboards for tracking key performance metrics.
• Interpret and communicate data findings in a clear and efficient manner.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required by management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks like Sci-kit Learn or TensorFlow.
