Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help inform strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop insightful dashboards and reports, driving performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret data from various sources to provide analytical insights.
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.
• Utilize statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns in data.
• Assist in the preparation of data for operational decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
