Job Description

The Gas Line Installer Supervisor is pivotal in overseeing the installation and maintenance of gas lines and related equipment. You will ensure that work is conducted safely and adheres to regulatory standards, while effectively managing a team of skilled technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the installation and maintenance of gas lines and equipment.
  • Ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage and allocate staff schedules effectively.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for installation technicians.
  • Communicate with clients regarding project timelines and progress.
  • Conduct safety inspections and implement safety protocols.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress.
  • Maintain strong communication with team members to ensure cohesion.
  • Report and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CEng) preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in gas line installation and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
