Job Description

We're on the hunt for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Durban team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our technical teams and our customers, ensuring that they achieve their desired outcomes with our products. You'll engage closely with clients to understand their needs and help them navigate our services effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Conduct data analysis to track customer health and success.
  • Lead customer success initiatives to improve client satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to clients.
  • Assist in the development of customer success resources and tools.
  • Support marketing efforts by providing customer testimonials and case studies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Professional certifications in customer success are a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success roles
