Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent qualification
  • Further education in Customer Service or Business Management is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer engagement
Technical Skills
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Data entry proficiency

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic
