Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Director of Learning Services to oversee and enhance educational programs in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing learning strategies, managing educational resources, and ensuring compliance with educational standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operational management of learning services.

• Guide data-driven decision-making to enhance learning outcomes.
• Support educators in curriculum design and resource development.

• Conduct regular program evaluations and provide feedback.

• Act as a spokesperson for educational initiatives within the community.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
• PhD in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in educational management and administration
