Responsibilities

• Evaluate business operations and identify inefficiencies.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Use data modeling techniques to create detailed business models.
• Provide support in planning and executing user training sessions.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor business performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or in a technical role

• SQL
• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
