Responsibilities

• Research and recommend venues that meet client specifications.
• Assist with event marketing initiatives, including social media promotion.
• Perform site visits to ensure event locations meet standards.
• Manage team members and volunteers during events to ensure tasks are completed.
• Handle unexpected issues and solve problems swiftly to minimize disruption.
• Document event processes and outcomes for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or Marketing
• Additional certifications in marketing or communications are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in corporate event planning or management

Technical Skills

• Event Software Proficiency
• Social Media Marketing

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
