Job Description

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will be integral in bridging the gap between development and operations. Your responsibilities will encompass the design and implementation of scalable cloud solutions, ensuring optimal deployment and performance across multiple environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in CI/CD processes, leveraging cloud services to enhance application lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy robust cloud architecture solutions in line with business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud service providers based on functionality, cost, and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify application requirements and enforce best practices.
• Implement security measures and protocols for cloud services.
• Monitor cloud application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud architecture and processes.
• Train staff and clients on cloud service functionalities and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Facilitate technical workshops and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cloud Computing, Information Systems, or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in cloud services and architecture

Technical Skills

• Kubernetes
• Terraform

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker: Hands-on experience with containerization for cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines: Experience with tools for continuous integration and deployment.
