Job Description

As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel in Durban. You will lead a team of dedicated staff, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, implementing quality standards, and developing strategies to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational budget and ensure financial accountability.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • Master's degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a management role
