Job Description

As a Fly Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining fly machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Your role is critical to ensuring all fly operations adhere to strict industry regulations and quality standards in our aviation division.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fly machinery during production.
• Conduct quality checks on finished fly products.
• Assist in the implementation of new machinery upgrades.
• Ensure all machinery is calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Work with management to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in training new employees on machinery operation.

Requirements

Education

• Additional certifications in fly machinery operation are advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
