Job Description

We're on the lookout for an HR Program Coordinator to support our HR initiatives in Durban. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in programme coordination, assisting with training, development, and employee engagement activities to foster a thriving workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR programs that align with organizational goals.
• Help develop and coordinate training programs for staff development.
• Analyze survey data to improve employee engagement levels.
• Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required.
• Assist management with disciplinary procedures.
• Participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing workplace culture.
• Support the hiring process including interview scheduling and candidate communications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field
• Honours degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role
