Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage recruitment and selection process, including drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews.
Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Master's degree is advantageous
