Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. The role requires a strong knowledge in employee relations, performance management, and compliance with South African labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage recruitment and selection process, including drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
