Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Pharmaceutical Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the safe handling of medications, educating patients about their prescriptions, and contributing to a collaborative healthcare atmosphere. Your expertise will be invaluable in optimizing patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct medication reviews and reconciliations for patients.
  • Advise on the selection of medications based on patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to enhance health outcomes.
  • Train and mentor pharmacy interns and support staff.
  • Implement and promote health and wellness initiatives within the community.
  • Respond to drug information inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Pharm.D. is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting
