Job Description

We are in search of an Operations Manager to oversee and improve our manufacturing processes in Port Elizabeth. As an integral member of our leadership team, you will ensure that production goals are met and that the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to driving results.

Responsibilities

• Implement best practices in manufacturing and operational procedures.
• Continuously analyze production processes and devise strategies for efficiency.
• Engage with suppliers and vendors for materials management.
• Ensure high standards of quality control across all production phases.
• Prepare reports on operations and present to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 7+ years in operations with a strong background in manufacturing processes
