Responsibilities

• Deliver effective counseling services to diverse client populations.
• Work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment objectives.
• Evaluate and document client progress to ensure the effectiveness of care.
• Engage in professional development to stay updated on mental health best practices.
• Mentor and supervise junior counseling staff as required.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources.
• Collaborate with community organizations to provide outreach services.
• Participate in case consultations with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Professional accreditation is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in counseling or clinical settings
