Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define candidate profiles and job specifications.
• Evaluate resumes and applications effectively to shortlist candidates.
• Conduct behavioural interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
• Provide a positive candidate experience that reflects our company values.
• Gather and analyse recruitment metrics to improve processes.
• Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies as needed.
• Promote our employer brand through social media and networking opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
