Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit.
• Manage candidate relationships, providing feedback and maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
• Organise and attend job fairs and campus recruitment events.
• Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our hiring efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
