• Track and report on all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketplace performance.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster a unified approach toward e-commerce goals.
• Utilize analytics tools to optimize product visibility and conversion rates.
• Set and manage budgets for marketplace initiatives.
• Stay abreast of e-commerce trends and consumer behavior in South Africa.
• Facilitate training for teams on best practices in marketplace management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms
