As a Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the construction of buildings and infrastructure. You will be involved in every phase of the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to final inspections. Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced engineering software for structural design.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analysis.
• Ensure all designs are sustainable and environmentally friendly.
• Mentor and train junior staff on best practices and new technologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Optimize designs for cost efficiency and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is favorable

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in structural engineering projects

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.)
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in 3D modeling software: Experience with tools like SketchUp for initial design phases.
• Knowledge of seismic design principles: Ability to design structures capable of withstanding seismic activity.
