Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and strategically minded HR Manager to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, driving employee engagement, and implementing HR strategies that support the company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create effective strategies for talent retention and workforce planning.
  • Develop a comprehensive onboarding program that integrates new employees into the company culture.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR policies to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues, such as compliance and legal matters.
  • Provide training for managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR
  • Master's in Human Resource Management preferred
