Job Description

As an Event Planner at Eventful Creations, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and executing a diverse range of events. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills. You will manage everything from initial concept development through to event execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including transportation, accommodation, and human resources.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
• Prepare and present event proposals to clients, showcasing ideas and concepts.
• Stay updated on trends in the event planning industry to ensure innovative practices are applied.
• Implement event sustainability practices and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
• Facilitate post-event evaluations to measure success against objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Project Management certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event planning or a related field
