Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in East London. The perfect candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and staff management. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant team in delivering exceptional service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets financial targets and profitability.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
  • Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to drive sales.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
Experience
  • 5+ years in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
