Job Description

We are looking for a committed Public Health Officer to oversee health initiatives in East London. Your role will involve collaborating with local organizations to improve public health outcomes and advocate for community well-being.

Responsibilities

• Lead community outreach efforts and health campaigns.
• Analyze health data to inform policy recommendations.
• Develop and distribute educational materials for public health initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to create strategic health plans.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for community health workers.
• Participate in public health emergency preparedness activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Nursing
• Relevant postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in public health management
