Job Description

As a Talent Retention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement within our organization. Your primary focus will be on developing strategies that improve retention rates by creating a thriving workplace culture. You will work closely with management to identify and address areas that require improvement while implementing best practices in talent management.

Responsibilities
