Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer in Bloemfontein to take charge of our civil engineering projects. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and conducting site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project decisions.
• Manage and monitor the project schedule, budget, and resources to meet deadlines.
• Prepare engineering designs and specifications, utilizing CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects, environmental scientists, and other professionals.
• Ensure safety protocols are adhered to on-site and review safety plans.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform quality assurance checks and reviews on project deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering
