Job Description

Seeking an E-commerce Manager who can take charge of our online sales initiatives and lead our team towards achieving ambitious revenue targets. The successful candidate will leverage market insights and customer behaviour data to develop effective marketing strategies and improve the user experience on our platform. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of annual e-commerce plans.
  • Analyze sales data and consumer behaviour to drive sales performance.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business performance.
  • Manage relationships with payment gateways and logistic partners.
  • Identify areas for site improvement and lead projects for enhancements.
  • Drive customer engagement through social media and content marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and e-commerce laws.
  • Facilitate training for team members on new tools and e-commerce best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Digital Marketing
  • MBA is a plus
