Job Description

Join our team as a Non-Profit Manager in Port Elizabeth. This role requires strong leadership to drive our mission forward, manage fundraising initiatives, and enhance community outreach. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of program delivery, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Create and support a culture of inclusivity and respect within the organization.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  • Ensure best practices in governance and compliance.
  • Lead fundraising efforts and manage donor relationships.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for new programs and initiatives.
  • Drive community engagement through outreach activities and events.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and maintain effective communication.
  • Advocate for organizational mission and represent the organization in public forums.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Administration or related field is preferred

  • 5+ years in a leadership role within a non-profit organization
