Job Description

As the NGO Program Director, you will oversee program development and implementation, ensuring that our initiatives align with community needs and organizational goals. This role requires strategic planning, fundraising experience, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee program execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze data and feedback to improve program effectiveness.

  • Represent the NGO at community meetings and events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a non-profit organization
