Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in ensuring client satisfaction and driving success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relations and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. You will act as a bridge between customers and our team, ensuring that our solutions meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer success.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer journey.
  • Work with marketing to develop content tailored for customer engagement.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on customer success metrics.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients on new product features.
  • Gather insights to improve future product development based on user experience.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to remain updated in customer success best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Relevant certification in customer success is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in tech
