Responsibilities

• Engage guests in recreational activities while ensuring their safety.
• Prepare reports on daily attendance and incidents for the management team.
• Promote safety awareness among staff and guests.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting upcoming events.
• Conduct surveys to gather guest feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss new ideas and strategies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a positive manner.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Recreation Management or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5 years of experience in recreation or amusement services
