Job Description

As a Surveying and Mapping Technician, you will assist in collecting field data and ensuring precise mapping for various transportation projects. Your role is critical in supporting the planning and execution of road and infrastructure developments.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze geographical data relevant to transportation projects.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Work closely with other surveying professionals to ensure project accuracy.
  • Collect field data using appropriate technology and tools.
  • Ensure all mapping data is archived and easily accessible for future reference.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A degree in Surveying or related field will be an advantage.
Experience
  • No experience required, previous experience in a transportation role is a plus.
