Job Description

We are looking for a Healthcare Administrator to manage operational aspects and contribute to the effective delivery of healthcare services. This role involves overseeing administrative processes, ensuring compliance, and providing support to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately dispense medications to patients and provide counselling.
  • Assess patient health and provide recommendations for treatment.
  • Conduct training for pharmacy staff and interns.
  • Engage in quality assurance and medication safety initiatives.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and maintain pharmacy records.
  • Participate in pharmacy audits and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement health promotion initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of pharmacy experience preferred
