We are in search of a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Durban. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and specifications to provide timely feedback.
• Support QA processes to promote best practices in quality testing.
• Assist in defining quality metrics and track progress.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Mentor junior QA staff and ensure team alignment.
• Manage testing environments and maintain necessary tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or IT
• Relevant QA Certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a QA role

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Frameworks
• Mobile Testing

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Performance Testing: Experience with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• UI/UX Testing Experience: Knowledge of UI/UX principles and testing techniques.
