Job Description

We are on the hunt for a passionate Teaching Assistant to support our educators in fostering an engaging learning atmosphere. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers to help implement curriculum and provide assistance to students, enhancing their educational experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with educators to develop effective teaching strategies.
  • Assist in classroom organization and discipline.
  • Support students during group work and discussions.
  • Prepare materials and set up classroom displays for learning activities.
  • Help identify and support students facing academic challenges.
  • Conduct assessments and track student performance.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
  • Engage with parents to discuss student progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years in an educational or childcare role preferred
