Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for follow-ups.
  • Assist in developing FAQ and troubleshooting guides.
  • Participate in training and development sessions.
  • Adhere to the company's customer service policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years in a customer support role
Technical Skills
  • CRM software experience

Languages
  • English: Fluent
