Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products, implementing testing protocols, and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and revise quality assurance processes for efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Maintain a repository of quality documentation.
• Report on quality metrics to management.
• Ensuring that quality audits are conducted timely and efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• Master’s degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in a quality assurance capacity

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
