Looking for a skilled Dentist to contribute to our patients’ health and wellness at Local Dental Practice. You will be responsible for diagnosing oral diseases, performing surgeries, and providing tooth restoration treatments, ensuring the utmost care and comfort for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients' mouth, teeth, and gums to diagnose dental issues.
• Perform extractions, root canals, and cosmetic procedures.
• Create treatment plans that address patients' dental needs.
• Promote and implement preventive dental care.
• Supervise dental hygienists and assistants during procedures.
• Handle patient inquiries regarding treatment and dental health.
• Provide emergency dental services as needed.
• Attend ongoing professional development courses.
• Participate in community outreach for dental health awareness.
• Manage supply inventory and ordering for the dental practice.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical dental setting

Certifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
