Job Description

We are seeking experienced Long Haul Truck Drivers to deliver goods effectively over extensive routes. You will ensure all load handling adheres to safety protocols and schedules, making a significant impact in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive long haul trucks safely while adhering to all traffic laws.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and cargo safety.
• Manage delivery schedules and maintain logs of transportation activities.
• Communicate with logistics teams regarding any delivery challenges.
• Unpack and reload goods at depots when necessary.
• Participate in training for safety regulations and compliance.
• Conduct minor repairs and vehicle maintenance as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• 5 years of experience as a Long Haul Truck Driver preferred
