Job Description

We are in search of an experienced HR Policy Advisor to develop policies that comply with legal standards and promote best practices. This role involves assessing current policies, conducting risk assessments, and liaising with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and revise HR policies, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.
  • Conduct workshops to educate employees about new policies.
  • Ensure all policies are accessible and understood by employees.
  • Report on policy effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment for policy feedback.
  • Attend conferences to stay updated on HR compliance trends.
  • Respond to internal queries regarding policy applications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in HR or Compliance roles
