Job Description

Join our enthusiastic team as an Event Planner where you will be the driving force behind unforgettable experiences. You will coordinate all aspects of event planning, from inception through execution, ensuring each event is a success and reflects our clients' visions.

Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions with the team to develop creative event concepts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners.
• Track event performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and interns.
• Prepare and maintain event documentation and reports.
• Engage with clients throughout the event process for feedback and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Event Planning or Hospitality Management
• Certification in event design is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in event planning

Languages

• English: Fluent
