• Set and monitor performance KPIs for affiliate partners.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design marketing materials.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with potential affiliate partners.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
• Report findings and insights to senior management.
• Enhance affiliate program offerings based on feedback and metrics.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor performance.
• Assist in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience managing affiliate programs
